Conditions of return
The item that you want to return must be in its original packaging and be unused to be eligible for a return.
We do not accept returns of gift cards or vouchers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email@example.com] and send your item to: [unit 9, 11 Jupiter road, Crown Mines, Johannesburg]
We will send you a notification when we have received your return. We will also inspect the returned product and inform you if your return has been approved or rejected (Based on the conditions of return).
If we approved your return, we will process your refund with a credit applied to your credit card (Or original method of payment) which can take a few days.
If you have not yet received your refund, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company & bank (There might be time delays before your credit has been processes)
- If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org].
To return your product, you should post your product to: Unit 9, 11 Jupiter road, Crown Mines
Shipping your return item will be at your own cost (Delivery cost). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
