Custom orders

Most of our furniture is custom made to order in our South African workshop, in the colour, fabric and finish of your choice. Product pages show the standard dimensions and options for each piece — let us know at the time of ordering if you need a custom size or colour.

How long does an order take?

Because most pieces are made to order rather than kept in stock, lead times vary by product and by how busy the workshop is. Please contact us directly for a current estimate before you order.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the item ordered. Please contact us directly to confirm delivery to your area before placing your order.

Returns and refunds

Our full return policy is available here. In short: returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused items in their original packaging. Custom-made and made-to-order products are not eligible for return, as they are manufactured specifically for you.
